We –
represents from the Lions Club of Vallentuna, Sweden – will discuss this matter

Administration is to make it easier for us to communicate.
1
telefax (8741 4190), 1 saw-machine (8741 4190)
The gift shall be places where it is
most needed. We like to discuss this
matter with the major Ivan Nesterov and the chief-doctor, Bavkunova Lydia
Vladimirovna, of the Maternity House when/after unloading the trucks.
Around
30-40 computers in parts (8741 4190)
This is a very special gift that could give
Novozybkov around 30-40 good computers. They should in the first hand be used
for education in a special Lions-computer-class/school, since we
– together with the Lions Club Moscow capital - are planning for a local Lions
Club in Novozybkov. We are also interesting in a Lions-Internet-Café
that would give the people access to Internet – and a more easier way of
contact with us.
It
would also be interesting to put computers at strategic persons that can
communicate with us in our daily work with humanitarian aid to Novozybkov.
We
are not interested in just giving computers to Novozybkov without control.
We like to discuss this matter with the
major Ivan Nesterov and the chief-doctor, Bavkunova Lydia Vladimirovna, of the
Maternity House when/after unloading the trucks.
500
sacks second-hand clothes (6309 000)
This
gift is meant to be given to poor people that need clothes. We suggest that the
social department of Novozybkov or – if they are interested – Chernobyl Union –
or some other welfare organisation takes care of this.
We like to discuss this matter with the
major Ivan Nesterov and the chief-doctor, Bavkunova Lydia Vladimirovna, of the
Maternity House when/after unloading the trucks.
This gift is the beginning of what
can be a very big international Lions Club-project.
It is therefore important for us to
as soon as possible discuss it with
1) the Administration of Novozybkov
2) the Commission of Humanitarian
Aid, Moscow
We hope to be able to do so, when
coming to Russia to unload the gifts mentioned above.
